Verification Before Withdrawals

Processing and Review Procedures

  1. Processing times for withdrawals will depend on the selected method but will generally be within 24-72 hours after successful review.
  2. If there is any discrepancy in transactions, we reserve the right to investigate and reverse or void affected bets or transfers until the matter can be resolved.

Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

  1. All rights reserved under international copyright law in materials displayed belong exclusively to our entity (including platform concept design & layout) as well as proprietary business method know-how embodied via each game engine.
  2. These conditions are part of an agreement between us that you have agreed by starting or keeping use at any time, and which may be amended unilaterally with necessary notice in line changes for rules updates required compliance needs under ongoing operation regulation scope.

Limitation of Liability

  1. We do not accept liability to users except as provided for hereunder.
  2. This limitation includes but is neither exhaustive nor exclusive to non-express exclusion on grounds whether specific cause(s) direct, indirect (incidental); consequential damages/lost profit arising out personal injuries beyond reasonable control including loss through mismanagement.

Modification of Terms

  1. We reserve the right to modify or update any term within this Agreement at our sole discretion.
  2. By continuing use post-notice amendments reflect updated terms which supersede all prior written forms, as if initially executed on such new date stated notice content applies retrospectively from publication including any revisions without giving you further opportunity acceptance through formal signature.
